Gökberk Görür
Meteorologist
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Meteorological Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences at the same institution.
My primary interests lie in numerical weather prediction (NWP), forecast verification, atmospheric modeling, and the application of data science and machine learning to meteorological problems. I enjoy working with large atmospheric datasets, developing tools for weather analysis and automation, and transforming complex meteorological information into actionable insights. Throughout my studies, I have gained experience with programming, statistical analysis, and weather model evaluation, allowing me to bridge the gap between atmospheric science and modern computational methods.
I am passionate about leveraging scientific research and technology to improve weather forecasting and decision making. As I continue my graduate studies, I am eager to contribute to innovative projects that combine meteorology, software development, and data driven forecasting.
